RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General
The following terms and conditions as well as other special terms and conditions that apply to the type of lodging room or lodging offer package (“Terms and Conditions”) will apply to your room reservation and will form a legal agreement between the management of the BP Batam Guest House and you.
In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between the terms and conditions herein and the specific terms and conditions related to the hotel offer package, the specific terms and conditions relating to the hotel offer package will apply followed by the terms and conditions herein.
We ask that you take the time to read these before making a reservation. By making a reservation with the management, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- You must be at least 18 years old to check-in and reserve a room.
- Check-in time is from 15:00 and check-out time is 11:00. A valid ID or passport is required upon check-in. The management reserves the right to change check-in and check-out times without notice.
- If you arrive at the Guest House prior to the regular check-in time, approach the Guest Service Desk for assistance with storing your luggage until check-in time. If you are arriving early, it is recommended that you make a reservation the day before arrival to get early access to your room.
- Late check-out is available upon request, subject to room availability and occupancy. Please contact the Guest House Front Desk at least 24 hours before your departure regarding the availability of late check-out. A half-day room rental rate may be charged for late check-out between 11 AM and 6 PM, and a full room rental rate may be charged for late check-out after 6 PM.
Reservation Policy
- Rates are offered based on the period of stay and are subject to change if you change your arrival and/or departure date. Rates stated are in Indonesian Rupiah. Rates apply to the number of adults stated at the time of reservation. Additional fees apply for each additional adult. Rates are subject to 10% Service Fee and applicable Value Added Tax.
- Rate changes will apply if you decide to stay in a higher room category than the category of the previously reserved room. All services that are not included in the lodging offer package or in your room rate will be charged separately.
- Extension of stay will be charged based on the room rate or the prevailing rate specified in the Guest House lodging offer package.
- Maximum occupancy for overnight stays varies for each Room. Guests are charged if using a folded bed.
- All fees for your stay will be charged in Indonesian Rupiah.
- There are blocked dates for which promotion not valid.
- If you place an reservation based on an incorrect rate, we reserve the right to correct the rate or cancel the reservation at our discretion, and will contact you directly regarding the correction of the rate.
- Reservations are non-transferable. No name changes will be allowed.
Cancellation Policy
- For lodging rooms reserved under special offer packages, the right to cancel your room reservation, applicable cancellation fees and no-show fees are set out in the terms and conditions applicable to the offer.
- For rooms not reserved with special offer packages, the right to cancel your room reservation, applicable cancellation fees and no-show fees will be determined based on the room rate you selected.
- The applicable cancellation policy and no-show fee will be indicated on your reservation confirmation.
